A cockroach found on the street |
My heartbeat actually increases as I look at his photo. I find him quite vile. My 3 year old son on the other hand thinks he is `great` and would happily give him house room. Oh what is it about little boys?
Well if I`d titled the post ``cockroach` you might not have hopped over and visited! But thanks for doing so.
Linking up for the first time in a while with
Macro Monday.
Ugh! Great macro and courageous choice... :)
ReplyDeleteIsh! What is it about boys?! I came into contact with a flying cockroach while studying abroad. Let's just say I had to use a broom to kill it. Have a great day!
ReplyDeleteyeuuughhhh. I'm with you. Horrid. Hope you magnified a zillion times!
ReplyDeleteMy sister used to live in the Cayman Islands. One day we were visiting and we opened the roll top desk. Out FLEW (yes they can fly) a 3" cockroach. My brother in law (hubby's brother) hit the floor like a grenade had gone off. Those things are so nasty. Did you know they can live even after their heads have been cut off? YUCK!
ReplyDeleteugh cockroaches freak me out! I saw a big one last time I was in Singapore and I had to get up and leave the restaurant.. granted we were just getting a drink.. but still so gross.
ReplyDeleteWow - that is huge!
ReplyDeleteOh my! This is an ugly bug. Glad it was out on the street, where it belongs. :)
ReplyDeleteI also received your postcard today via Liberate Your Art -- It is gorgeous. I love the beautiful blue tones of the water. Well done. :)
you are sneaky, luring me over with an enticing word as 'Cucaracha!' and then I find a cockroach ;-)
ReplyDeleteEeek! Great macro! I wanted to pop by and say I received your beautiful postcard for the swap in the mail today. Love it!
ReplyDeleteI JUMPED when I saw this pic! What a vivid shot!
ReplyDeleteWhat the heck?! I so want to scream right now! But I'm laughing in shock! After reading the link up with macro monday, is it so wrong for me to want to hop over and check more "macros" out?
