The Sky at Night

I could show you some photos of the sky in the day but that would be a little dull and repetitive.  That's because for 360 days of the year it is bright blue and cloudless.  You would much rather see clouds at night, no?

I took these shots while staying at my in-laws this week.  They live about an hour and a half hour's drive north from Marrakech.  The area is very agricultural. It was 7.15 PM, about 10 minutes before sunset.

Joining in with Sky Watch Fridayy for the first time and with The Kat Eye View Exploring With Camera Night Photography.

  1. Lovely skies, Annabella. I like the last one where it seems to go on forever (which it does!)

A MAN WHO LOOKED UP AT THE SKY

A man who looked up at the sky
Saw ravens and clouds flying by.
    He had to look up,
    The sky filled his cup—
He’s my kind of sky-watching guy!

  4. Hello Annabella

My lovely bloggy friend on the other side of the world to me.

We share things in common - we share the thought that at some stage in the 24 hour period I will look at the sky and perhaps see a spot that passed by you.

Isn't the universe an amazing and connecting thing.
    As the world turns....

    have a great day

  11. What a beautiful sky you live under! I love how the sun is just barely peeking behind those clouds to give the last few minutes of light before it puts itself to bed for the night. Nice shots!
