well, what Loulou wrote. this is most unusual and that's probably why I like it so much. they cling to the bark of the tree, and then I must question - why? is it food? their shells are a fine example of the beauty that is gifted to us by nature, each and every day if we look and see. you did! happy Friday/Saturday to you Annabella. I don't think I've ever seen that many snails in one place...incredible! That Turgenev quote made me stop and think...this is very true!!!
