This is Zaki. I`ve taken over mummy`s blog. I am a guest blogger.
This is me on the beach today. If you look closely, you can see the bruise on my forehead from when I hit it on a wooden chest. Long story.
It hasn`t stopped me being a cheeky monkey..mummy always says, "Monkey see monkey do!" Is that good or bad?
Do you like my new dinosaur wellies? Note there is no security tag attached - that`s a good thing.
I would have worn my new wooly dinosaur hat but the "stupid man in the museum shop" left the security tag on and mummy says that it will look like she stole it if I wear it.
Why is he on a beach today, you`re asking yourself. Well we went to watch some crazy people in fancy dress go for a `wallow` in the sea but because of mummy we were late and missed it. I could have worn my new dinosaur costume but the "complete idiot " (that`s what mummy said to me but she was spelling what she thought of the man to granny) in the museum shop left the security tag on it too. That` s a problem apparently.
West Bay, Dorset |
We had a great day yesterday and I received what everyone wants - model dinosaurs, Hot Wheels` cars and a bunch of other stuff (some without security tags).
Hope you received dinosaurs too and had a great day.
Zaki x
Gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteLove the dinosaur wellies..
Glad you had a great day-shame about the security tag :)
What a cute post by a very handsome Zaki! Now I have added Wesy Bay, Dorset as another place I must visit. What a gorgeous beach to walk with the cliffs going sky high!
ReplyDeleteI didn't get any dinosaurs actually (although I am very fond of them too!). I have been admiring your wellies and originally thought they might be alligators, but dinos are much better. I hope your mom is able to get that security tag off so that you can wear your new hat soon! ;)
ReplyDeleteSo cute! But very different to an Australian boxing day at the beach!!! I put paper teeth onto my hole puncher when I was in school so that looked like a monster. So many monster possibilities - love the boots!
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful beach to visit! I love the dinosaur boots and I hope you get those security tags removed on the rest soon.
ReplyDeleteZaki your boots are terrific!
ReplyDeleteI like the cost of Dorset, those rocks are just beautifully stratified and eroded (I am a geologist besides all the rest).
No dinosaurs here either - you have been very lucky (apart from those tags!!) ENjoy the rest of your holiday.
ReplyDeleteLove those boots and it looks like you are having a fab time with your mum, you look like you're having so much fun!
ReplyDeleteLove the dino wellies - shame about the hat though.
ReplyDeleteZaki I'm sure Mummy has the skills and tools to get the tags off before you go through the airport!
ReplyDeleteLooks like a fun day at the beach xxx
Oh, I hope the bruise on your head goes away soon - that must have hurt a wee bit. I love the wellies I noticed them straight away.
ReplyDeleteThe beach looks lovely if a bit chilly. Going in that sea brrrr rather them than me lol.
What an amazing last picture!
ReplyDeleteGood jobblogging, Zaki.
Happy New Year.
What a lovely post and such an amazingly beautiful smile. I do hope he doesn't pick up on his mummy's cynical nature! ;-)
ReplyDeletethat bruise on your head looks very sore Zaki. Your wellies are amazing, I didn't get anything dinosaurish from Father Christmas, but lots of fabric, which is the next best thing! Hope you get to wear your other dinosaur things soon
ReplyDeleteAwesome wellies Zaki, but boy you look cold!! Hope you're having a lovely Christmas x
ReplyDeleteNope no dinos here either! Those wellies are fab! Looks like you had fun even with the tag issues!
ReplyDeleteOh wow that beach is spectacular! Zaki, you're looking adorable in your new wellies!!!
ReplyDeleteWell, Zaki, I loved your guest blog. It looks like you had a chilly but fun day at the beach.
ReplyDeleteAnd I LOVE your dinosaur Wellies!
Happy New Year!
LOL, I had a gift with a security tag on it this year! I was so bummed when I discovered it! Luckily I had wire cutters and it wasn't one that had damaging ink in it.
ReplyDeleteLove the Wellies, and what a bummer of a bruise! Looks like it was still a great day overall. :-)
Dear Zaki, I just had to spend my day with dinosaurs, AKA my mum, dad and gran, does that count? We do like your wellies though, especially their lack of security tag...
ReplyDeleteLove the wellies, I hope Mummy works out how to get the tags off the hat and costume as they sound amazing! I hope your forehead gets better soon, it looks very sore!
