I have finished up the first scrappy Lazy Days Lozenge EPP block for
Mary in the EEEEP EPP Bee. If you like English Paper Piecing and want a change from hexies, these are great fun to make although whether I could manage a whole quilt is another thing!
The templates by
Lynne are
here. After realizing the layout was wrong
here and wouldn't tesselate, there was a bit of unpicking to do but I like the end result. Now for Block 2.
What are you up to this lazy Sunday?
These are great! I love how they turned out! Maybe Susan can organise this project for her "just in case" project?
ReplyDeletethat's lovely, Annabella! The scrappiness is perfect.
ReplyDeleteLooks fabulous and is giving me ideas for my rainbow charms! Ha! And just read Susan's comment above.
ReplyDeleteFantastic. Maybe one block at a time it wouldn't be so bad to make.
ReplyDeleteThat is so pretty, and yes a lazy day is planned.
ReplyDeletelooks great, a whole quilt would be amazing - although a year long project!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful!!
ReplyDeleteLove that pattern!
ReplyDeleteI need to hop over to Lynne's and get the template
ReplyDeleteLove this Annabella! I spent my Sunday fixing yesterdays mistakes ;-)
ReplyDeleteThis looks really good, might indeed make a nice change from hexies.
ReplyDeleteCool effect, so many options, so little time!
ReplyDeleteThese look yummy. I did print out the templates but I haven't got round to sewing any - keep getting distracted by hexies!
ReplyDeleteThis is so fantastic! Just yummy!!
ReplyDeleteit looks fantastic and yes we have done not much !!!
ReplyDeleteLooks great! I haven't looked at the template yet, but I'm working on a similar quilt block called Jellybean by Thimble Blossom As a baby quilt. Ive not attempted hexes or paper piecing yet. They intimidate me!
ReplyDeleteI spent Sunday finishing off my lozenges too :) Yours are beautiful!
ReplyDeleteLove the bunting in you last post too x
This is stunning. I have to do EPP and I might do this one...think a newbie can tackle it?
