The Sky at Night

I could show you some photos of the sky in the day but that would be a little dull and repetitive.  That's because for 360 days of the year it is bright blue and cloudless.  You would much rather see clouds at night, no?

I took these shots while staying at my in-laws this week.  They live about an hour and a half hour's drive north from Marrakech.  The area is very agricultural. It was 7.15 PM, about 10 minutes before sunset.

Joining in with Sky Watch Fridayy for the first time and with The Kat Eye View Exploring With Camera Night Photography.

Lovely skies, Annabella. I like the last one where it seems to go on forever (which it does!)

Any sky is a good sky to see!

A MAN WHO LOOKED UP AT THE SKY

A man who looked up at the sky
Saw ravens and clouds flying by.
He had to look up,
The sky filled his cup—
He’s my kind of sky-watching guy!

Hello Annabella

My lovely bloggy friend on the other side of the world to me.

We share things in common - we share the thought that at some stage in the 24 hour period I will look at the sky and perhaps see a spot that passed by you.

Isn't the universe an amazing and connecting thing.
As the world turns....

have a great day

I would seriously miss clouds if they weren't around on a regular basis! I love the infinite changes they bring to every vista. Lovely photos as always.

Cloudy skies are so interesting, they change by the second! I especially love them when they have the sun shining through!

what beautiful photo's, a new twist on the sky at night. As apposed to seeing the monocled Patrick Moore!

What a beautiful sky you live under! I love how the sun is just barely peeking behind those clouds to give the last few minutes of light before it puts itself to bed for the night. Nice shots!

ooh, all those silver linings in the first and then the beauty of the horizon at dusk. these are splendid photos of your skies. and I know what you mean about the endless days of sun and cloudless skies - we've been having that here for months now, and I'm ready for some cloudy days. a bit of variety now and then is a good thing, no? happy day to you Annabella.

Gorgeous skies! I love that last one, with the evening light but the warm glow and silhouettes on the horizon. Gorgeous! Thanks for linking in to Exploring with a Camera!
