For most of yesterday it was a typical May day in Marrakech - hot and sunny with blue blue skies. At 5 o`clock, this happened...the heavens opened...
...the palm trees swayed...
...those caught in the downpour used anything they could to provide some cover...
...odd things landed on the balcony...
...it was all very odd indeed...
yes, yes, I know I should be packing ....off to do it now...
...but today is another day and today...
...it`s like any other day in May...hot sunny and clear blue (well blueish) skies. Business as normal.

Global warming? Hail in May? I like it when the weather changes a lot. Nice photos, too. Enjoy your day.
Don't you love a good storm - as long as you aren't the person having to resort to taking cover under a cardboard box?!
With all that odd things happened, you're still out there taking pictures :-) and they are fantastic.
I guess you have mainly sunny skies there. The hail must have been a surprise!
